The Newlands Project Overview
Justin & Sarah recently approached Genesis Interior Stylists to furnish a beautiful yet overlooked four-bedroom property with premium features like a hot tub, sauna, and separate games room. Despite its potential, the Cumbrian property had been on the market for months with little buyer interest, so the client decided to list it as a holiday let until the market improved.
Over three weeks, our team transformed the home, adding quality furnishings and stylish accents to create a warm, cohesive aesthetic that showcased each room’s unique appeal. The newly staged property exuded charm and drew immediate attention, leading to an above-asking-price sale.
